From the backseat (kinda)

We are on our last day here in Oklahoma. We will be leaving early in the morning.
But this morning we joined Rick & Ann Brower for Sunday School and worship service at the Copan United Methodist Church.
A nice little church with a small congregation that was originally founded in 1906. Sunday School topic was "Angels & Demons" and we joked that Ann brought her own show-n-tell. (You just need to figure out which of us was the angel and the other...... well - be nice!!
For lunch we drove to Tulsa and met up with our niece, her husband, and daughter for lunch at an awesome tex-mex restaurant called "Chuy's". Mmm-mmm-mmm. Wade and I shared chicken fajitas and it was magnifico!!!!
We also had a great visit with more relatives. So much fun to see them after a long, long time.
L-R: Gabe, Robin, Erin, Rick & Wade
And what blog would not be complete without a couple of crazy adults posing next to a big blue penguin???
So now we are resting, washing laundry, and getting stuff packed up. We've had a wonderful time in Oklahoma and are grateful for loving family that has put up with us this past few days. We are expecting that we might get some thunderstorms this evening which hopefully will clear up by morning.
Next up is a drive across hot, hot, Kansas to Dodge City and final destination  -  Idaho.
